A Note From Debbie
In 1947, my grandfather founded Ace Welding Supply, Inc. in Detroit. My father joined him in 1963 after serving in the United States Air Force. In the mid 70’s my father and uncle took over the business from my grandfather. In 1981, without realizing it at the time, I began what would become a 44-year career in the welding supply industry.
In 2016, I proudly became the third generation to own and operate our family business – a milestone that remains one of my greatest achievements. I know my grandfather, father, and uncle would be proud to see that I’ve continued to uphold the integrity and strong reputation of the Ace Welding Supply name. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with countless incredible customers, many of whom have supported Ace Welding for decades.
Now after 44 wonderful years, I’m excited to begin a new chapter in my career. I’ve been given the amazing opportunity to join the team at Purity Cylinder Gases Inc. When this opportunity presented itself, I knew immediately it was the right next step – a chance to close the Ace Welding Supply chapter while ensuring my customers continue to receive exceptional service from a company I deeply respect – and it’s right down the road!!
At Purity Cylinder Gases, I’ll continue doing what I love; repairing torches and regulators and assisting with customer service. Their new, full-service facility is equipped to meet all your welding needs and much more.
